The Mulch Mate has become the Premier material delivery system in the industry. You can dispense mulch in a fluffy, consistent and controlled manner. You don't even have to lift the bed to dump material. The ballistic fabric pulls the material directly into the twin augers which fluff and break up the mulch so you can precisely control what comes out of the chute into your wheelbarrow. You can unload 10 yards in under 10 minutes with a press of the joystick or remote. This will allow your entire crew to finish in less time and get on to the next job 2 to 3 times faster.
Until now you had to have a Class 4/5 landscape bodied truck, a short side dump body or a stack body truck. We have heard from many of you asking if the Mulch Mate would fit on a dump trailer. Honesty it won't because most dump trailers are too low and won't allow you to get a wheelbarrow under the machine and with hundreds of pounds on the back of the trailer tongue weight would be a big problem.
That is why we partnered with Belmont Trailer LLC to create a trailer that would work perfectly with the Mulch Mate. Here are the reasons this trailer is different and some of its features.
- Axles are positioned to give you the correct tongue weight either empty or full.
- Higher deck height to allow room for standard wheelbarrows to fit under the unit.
- 12 foot dump bed sized perfectly for optimal operation with the Mulch Mate.
- Passenger side door.
- Super strong construction made from rectangular steel tube instead of thin bent sheet metal.
- Pintle or ball hitch mount.
- Upper pockets to mount leaf cap.
We are currently working on different option packages and will have further information coming soon. A few of the possible option could include.
- Optional front mounted equipment platform. This would be especially nice to carry a top-dresser or a mower with a Kart Mate.
- Hydraulic front jack.
- Platform to mount leaf vac.
- Aluminum leaf cap.
COVID 19 has caused some production problems in getting all the details together but please bear with us as we get more information put together. Terrain Pro and a bark blower are no longer your best option for a trailer material delivery system.
